OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Commentarius regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
